So I can’t say enough about the customer support from the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program. One of the many benefits in the program is having your own dedicated customer support line to answer questions for you and even help you walk you through steps of how to accomplish certain tasks. I found this especially helpful today as I exported my first accountant copy file to send the file back to my client with all my changes. The whole feature of the dividing date is fantastic in that your client can continue working on the file while you are making the necessary changes from the date you set going backwards. It even gives you the option to print out or save all the changes you made so you have a record of them. This feature definitely allows you to work remotely from your client and hopefully gain clients in other cities with the ease of data exchange. This is great!

how did you find out about this feature?

When I called for support and told them I was a ProAdvisor, I was given a designated phone number to use for support. ProAdvisors are given separate U.S. based support from a team of customer services reps that have an accounting background so it is easier to explain problems and situations specific to accounting. Hope this helps, as it is a great benefit!

How did you get your client? Is this your first client?

It is my client and I got the client through a friend that has a business that was looking to upgrade their accounting from excel spreadsheets to a more formalized software program. I set them up on QuickBooks and also do the monthly bookkeeping as well.

I’ve been around for quite a lot of time, but finally decided to show my appreciation of your work!
Thumbs up, and keep it going!

Having a dedicated support rep is very important for any company in a service industry who wants to provide personalized and stellar service and support. The more challenging or technical a product is, the more this kind of support is absolutely required.
